We are growing fast.  Because of this, over a short time we found a growing number of smaller invoices were going unpaid.  Some of our Commercial Clients with many small jobs were slipping further and further behind.

Pip came along and took on the task of reading into and understanding the outstanding debts.  She then worked through them with consideration and respect for our customers.

Without offending them she was able to bring all of these accounts into control.

Along the way she actively worked with us in the office to fine tune our business processes.

Pip's aim is to fix problems and ultimately make herself redundant.
